Blackjack's How To Play Special!!!

Blackjack is arguably one of the easiest games to play, as its rules are astonishingly simple. In blackjack a dealer can face up to nine playing positions which can be occupied by more than one player at a time on a semicircular table.

At the beginning of each round a bet is placed at each different playing position and the player whose bet was first, gains control of making the decisions for that spot. Two cards are then dealt face up to each spot in play, while the dealer then proceeds to draw a single face up card for himself.

Once the cards have been dealt, the player's aim is to then win the money by getting a card total that is bigger than the dealer's total but not bigger than 21. In blackjack it is a player's decisions that determine the outcome of a game.

Once the player has been dealt two cards they are given a number of options, the first of these options is choosing to stand meaning they are given no more cards, if a player however chooses hit; they will be given and additional card by the dealer until they are satisfied with their card value and choose to stand. If a player has received two cards of the same value, they can choose to split them into two separate hands; this allows the player to make an equal bet on the second hand, while continuing to play the two hands separately and increasing their chances of winning. The final decision a player can make is to double, by doubling, a player is allowed to increase the original bet by up to 100% in exchange for standing after receiving one extra card from the dealer.

With over 100 different types of blackjack games, the basic rules are generally determined to be conclusive to all blackjack establishments. This does not however mean that variation in the rules to be followed doesn't occur, as each individual casino has the right to make their own choice at their own discretions.

The games' rules can usually be found either near or on the table itself. However, don't despair if this is not the case as casino staff is required to provide players with the table rules upon you asking for them. For those online users this is a much simpler task, as each site has a specific section titled rules and regulations or how to play.

As with all other casino games; the dealer always starts of with an advantage over the players as he is the last to play his hand, by this point many of the players would have either stood or gone bust trying to beat the house and even if the dealer subsequently went bust after them the house would still win.

Although a house advantage is built into the blackjack game, a player can turn the game in their favour by following a basic strategy and using the rules to their advantage every time without changing their methods of play.

If a dealer's card value is 17, then in each individual game there is a rule about whether the dealer will then have to stand or hit printed on the table's surface.

A player's chances of winning are increased depending on how many decks of cards the dealer uses the more decks the lesser the chance of winning and the fewer decks the more chance of the player winning. In games where fewer decks are used, casinos generally become stricter with other rules that would increase a player's chances of winning. For example, if only one deck is being used, casinos tend to impose restriction on your ability to double your bet and split your cards into two hands as they see this as an unfair advantage against the house, when the advantage should lie with the dealer.
